We kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment and to have a cup of tea to get into the right mood for your treatment. We recommend you a sauna turn before massages and peelings for well circulated muscles. If you should be late, we have to shorten the treatment out of consideration for the other guests. We would also like to inform you that we have to charge a fee if you shouldn’t be able to keep your appointment.
