All prices are per apartment and day.

General Information:

The prices for rooms and suites are understood to be per person and day for half-board with breakfast and salad buffet, 5-course meal; includes 10 % VAT, health resort tax, heating, service, use of indoor swimming pool, free sauna — and depend on location, size and room convenience (southwest-facing balcony: panorama view of the valley; east-facing balcony with mountain view); open-air adventure swimming pool with whirlpool.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. The rooms are ready for occupancy starting at 13.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask that the rooms be vacated by 11.00.

In special cases, and as per arrangement with the hotel management, € 11.- per day will be charged (without feedstuff) for lapdogs. They are not allowed in the dining room and on the sunbathing lawn.

We charge € 6.- per day for a parking space in our underground garage.
Our goal is to keep prices down. However, in the event of unforeseeable economic developments, an adjustment must unfortunately be made.
Payment in cash or with credit card (except “American Express” and “Diner’s Club”).
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we must charge all guests (even regular guests) the legally prescribed fee for unused beds. We ask for your understanding, since this is a considerable business loss for us.

Please disclose cancellations of beauty and wellness treatments at least 2 days before the treatment; otherwise we must charge 75 % of the treatment price.

You can take out your personal insurance policy very easily online. Click here on the appropriate field. You can also download and print out the necessary form for this purpose in order to send it per post or per fax.
