Start your morning in a relaxed way with our generous breakfast buffet. Enjoy selected South Tyrolean cheese and cold-cut specialties, fresh bread and baked goods, muesli, yogurt and homemade delicacies. Egg dishes such as omelets, fried eggs or scrambled eggs are freshly prepared according to your wishes. Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room or on the sunny panoramic terrace.

As part of our Starkenberg half board, you will enjoy a daily changing 5-course choice menu in the evening, prepared with care, creativity and high-quality ingredients: Rich salad and appetizer buffet, Cold starter, Choice of soup or warm starter, Main course of your choice (meat, fish or vegetarian), Refined dessert to finish...
In addition, we offer a fixed alternative menu every evening with classic dishes, including various pasta options, the popular Starkenberg Viennese veal schnitzel, and other selected classics. For our younger guests, a separate children’s menu is available in the evening – included in the price.

New from March 2026 – redesigned rooms

From 7 January 2026, we will begin the renovation and complete redesign of our Schenna Double Rooms and Hafling Comfort Rooms.
The new rooms will feature modern, elegant design with high-quality materials and warm colours.
In addition, 17 rooms will be equipped with air conditioning for even greater comfort.

From 28 March 2026, we will welcome you back to beautifully redesigned rooms and the warm hospitality of the Mair family.
