A delightful start to the day

Breakfast | 7:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Start your morning in a relaxed way with our generous breakfast buffet. Enjoy selected South Tyrolean cheese and cold-cut specialties, fresh bread and baked goods, muesli, yogurt and homemade delicacies. Egg dishes such as omelets, fried eggs or scrambled eggs are freshly prepared according to your wishes. Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room or on the sunny panoramic terrace.

Sweet afternoon break

Cake buffet | 2:45 – 5:00 p.m.
In the afternoon, we invite you to enjoy a pleasant break with our cake buffet, featuring homemade cakes and sweet specialties – perfect after an active or relaxing day.

Culinary Finale

Dinner | Seating time 6:45 – 8:00 p.m.

As part of our gourmet half board, you will enjoy a daily changing 5-course choice menu in the evening, prepared with care, creativity and high-quality ingredients. The menu includes a generous salad and appetizer buffet, a cold starter, a choice of soup or warm starter, a main course of your choice (meat, fish or vegetarian), and a finely balanced dessert.

In addition, a fixed alternative menu with classic dishes is available every evening at no extra charge, including various pasta options, the popular Starkenberg Viennese veal schnitzel, and other selected classics.

For our younger guests, a separate children’s menu is available in the evening – included in the price.
